For the second year in a row we have been awarded top prize in the annual RIAI Awards Living Category, this year for Apple Tree Terrace. Our thanks to the RIAI jury for selecting our project for this award. We are also honoured to have been commended for our other nominee in the same category, Vavasour. Two of our projects have made the shortlist this year in the Living category in the prestigious annual RIAI Awards. Unlike many other awards, the RIAI jury select a shortlist of projects, and then visit each home to arrive at the winner. An extension to a Stringer-built home in Terenure, Rathdown Park. This project drapes a delicate framework of dark green metal and glass along a generously wide garden, maximising the path of the sun from back-to-front with a clerestory window over the kitchen.
