An infill housing scheme on the site of lock-up garages in Dublin. A long thin block arranged around a new resurfaced shared external yard and a private south-facing inner courtyard. Each apartment is entered through a communal sheltered external stair, leading to a private front door. All apartments have generously sized balconies, recessed on the yard side and projecting on the courtyard side.
