A difficult site, under difficult conditions, starting during Covid and with two contractors...this residential project in the centre of Dublin has finally reached completion, and we will be sharing photographs soon.

Our latest project in Darty began in the autumn. Connecting a long garden to first floor reception rooms via a new stepped granite terrace, beneath which are a family room and gym. On top, an orangery with copper roof links garden and house with expansive views west

For the second year in a row we have been awarded top prize in the annual RIAI Awards Living Category, this year for Apple Tree Terrace. Our thanks to the RIAI jury for selecting our project for this award. We are also honoured to have been commended for our other nominee in the same category, Vavasour. Two of our projects have made the shortlist this year in the Living category in the prestigious annual RIAI Awards. Unlike many other awards, the RIAI jury select a shortlist of projects, and then visit each home to arrive at the winner.
